Embedded Staff

Embedded Staff Evangelist

I have given a great deal of my tie to consulting and coaching great churches.

I have found that this approach allows me to deign an approach that fits like a glove for the church. And allows me to actually train church leaders and people and then watch the church leaders do it right there. I take a very specialized localized approach to all designs. I have found that no two settings or leaders are the same. The old adage that the three step process of real training applies here.  One –  do ti while the learners watch.  Two – have the students do the task while the teach watches and advises.  Three – then the learners do it on their own while the trainers observe.

I have learned that there is a great deal to be gained by having a skilled evangelist assist for a time pastoral teams as they learn evangelism dynamics.

But also in the right circumstances a long term part time evangelist leader position on my part works permanently as a good cause. And I in the right circumstances would do that with a several year commitment to specific goals.

One thing I have learned pastors can really be completed by a pure grade evangelist such as myself. And I have a terrific team of supporting cast to bring all kinds of bells and whistles into the training beyond myself.

What does this look like? I find it varies from church to church and organization to organization. My approach is definitely committed to the belief that every church is a unique creation by the Holy Spirit and requires a unique approach.
